Held a family meeting to briefly discuss the farm related projects for 2025.

1. It has been decided that the old farmhouse will be maintained in the current condition with basic maintenance for this year and next year will get some estimates for retrofitting the old structure to last another 5 to 10 years. Estimated retrofitting costs are between rupees 4 lacs to 5 lacs.
2. Decided to install a backup water tank for the main building due to the constant water leaking from the main tank. Orderd the new water tank and waiting to be installed. Estimated costs Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000.
3. Removed and replaced the front tree bench with solid concrete wall lining and necessary width to use as round sitting bench. Cost Rs 30,000.
4. Also discussed and decided was the plantation leasing of coconut and coco and the open land to the people we are familiar with and friendly with. Bringing new parties into the lease holding doesn’t seem to be a sound idea under current social and economic conditions of the area,
